We deliver across Metro Manila and to most areas in the Philippines.

Delivery Timeframe:
Custom-made office cubicle partitions and furniture orders typically require 7–10 working days to complete. Delivery schedules will be coordinated upon order confirmation.

Shipping Options:

  • Metro Manila Deliveries: Delivered by our in-house team with optional assembly service.

  • Provincial Deliveries: We coordinate with trusted logistics partners. Installation services may be arranged upon request.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos and your order reference so we can process a replacement or solution immediately.

Showroom Pickup Option:
Clients may also opt to pick up orders at our Novaliches, QC showroom after coordination.


Returns & Refunds

Our products are carefully made to order based on your specifications.

Custom Orders:
Since most of our items are made-to-order, returns and refunds are not applicable once production has started. We encourage clients to confirm all dimensions, designs, and materials before final approval.

Ready-Made Items:
For standard items (if available), returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.

Defective Products:
We take quality seriously. If an item is found to be defective due to manufacturing issues, we will gladly repair or replace the item at no extra cost. Contact us immediately with supporting images and details.

A: Absolutely. We offer multiple finishes including MFC, HPL, and moisture-resistant E0/E1 boards. Our team will help you choose the best options.

Q: Do you provide installation services?
A: Yes, installation is included for Metro Manila clients. For provincial locations, installation may be arranged upon request with additional fees.

Q: Do you provide official receipts and quotations for company purchases?
A: Yes, we provide BIR-registered receipts and formal quotations for corporate and government requirements.

Q: Can I visit your showroom?
A: Definitely! Our showroom is located at 001B Carlos cor Dizon St, San Bartolome, Novaliches, QC, open Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
